Meet Lisa Sanders

Hi, I'm Lisa, the fractional Chief of Staff and marketing project manager behind LRS Executive Solutions.

For more than 25 years, I've been the person behind the scenes making things run. I've worked alongside startup founders in publishing and gaming, helped local and regional magazines manage their operations and pull off advertiser and promotional events, and done the same for nonprofits with big missions and small teams. Different industries, same job: turn a tangle of priorities, people, and deadlines into something that actually moves.

Along the way, I've built operational processes from the ground up, written the SOPs that keep them running, managed budgets, and led teams. On the marketing side, I've managed countless initiatives, from new and redesigned brands and websites to social media, SEO, and podcast scheduling, keeping every moving part on time, on budget, and on brand.

I'm a certified Chief of Staff and project manager and an Asana Ambassador, and I'm genuinely driven by new tech. I put AI and automation to work for my clients so the work moves faster and nothing falls through.
